Abbot Datastore - Storage Solutions - Documents & Boxes

Our Unit Storage system acts as a library for boxed files, documents, film cans, tapes etc., designed as a complete storage and retrieval service eliminating the need for your staff to leave their place of work.

One storage unit will accommodate up to 200 standard boxes, half and quarter units are also available.

Naturally there are no restrictions regarding the size of boxes to be stored and customers are welcome to use their own containers/boxes providing they are in sound condition.

Customers are required to give each item stored an identification reference of their own, or apply an Abbot Datastore bar code label for retrieval purposes. Charges are based on the number of units required and include all collections into store, bar coding and downloading of individual box information onto our database.

Per item storage applies to customers who have in excess of 1000 items, which require regular access and individual identification on our database. The system operates much the same as unit storage but with the added facility of scheduled retrievals and per item monthly.
