We provide a variety of useful acillary services to our clients, ranging from
document boxes through to destruction services.
Document Boxes

For convenient storage of your data the following boxes are available:
AD1 (15"x11"x11")
Available in flat packs of 25.
AD2 (19"x15.5"x10.5")
Available in flat packs of 10.
Media Cases

To protect your data during storage and transportation we recommend the use
of transit media cases.
We can supply a wide variety of cases from several manufactures
including the most commonly used Turtle and Peli cases.
Alternative cases such
as aluminium flight cases and modified storage cases/boxes are available.
Wallets

Light
and heavy duty pouches are designed for documentation and are constructed of
durable PVC coated nylon with a zip closure with integral security sealing device.
The
wallets are available in a variety of sizes and colours, each has an label window
and can be sealed with button seals (supplied separately) for extra security.
Crates
We offer hire or purchasing of crates, which are ideal for shipping, storage
or distribution of all types of materials. They are also particularly useful
for relocation of office space.
All crates are constructed from high-density polyethylene
which provides an extremely rigid and strong container which can be stacked or
nested to conserve space for compact storage whilst not in use.
They feature security
tie holes and attached lids, which interlock to offer protection and security
of the contents.
Document Scanning

To enable you to quickly access the information you need Abbot Datastore can
provide a Document Scanning service onto CD-ROM. Of course, this needn't compromise
the safety of the original documents, which can remain in our secure environment,
not taking up your costly office space.
Destruction Services

We can arrange for destruction of your material using the facilities of a
commercial security shredding service. Our suppliers are affiliated to The Institute
of Wastes Management who shred and recycle all items.
Retrieval Service

All items in store can be retrieved in accordance with the following options:
Next
day: Delivery the following working day providing the request is received
by 15.00 hrs.
Express: Delivery within 2 hours of a client's request between
09.00-17.00 hrs, Monday to Friday.
Emergency: As Express, but actioned/completed
outside normal working hours, at weekends, or Bank Holidays.
