About Abbot Datastore
A unique company delivering a unique storage service.
The Storage Service
We are committed to a course of putting long-term business development before short-term expansion. This strategy allows us to focus on a consistently high level of customer service. It allows us to invest time in researching new ways of improving our services. For example, our continuing investment in IT enables us to offer web-based asset management and retrieval facilities using the Abbot Asset Management System.
We provide a reliable service. We have been providing storage services since 1983 and have never suffered deterioration of client’s goods through unstable environmental conditions.
The Storage Facilities
Our storage centres are located throughout London and the South East. We own the freehold to many of them.
Our main London storage facility is located in Kings Cross, which makes it easy to reach from both the City and the West End, and very easy to access using public transport. It is next to the new Arts and Technology re-development area, which is attracting companies like Google and the Guardian newspaper.
The company has been providing storage services since 1983, and is probably the longest established independent archive storage company in the UK. It is a privately owned UK company, and so free from the constraints of shareholders and an overseas Head Office. This means we are able to offer tailored, bespoke solutions to our clients.
